At Chain Reaction Recruitment, Supply Chain Recruitment is more than just a job – it's part of our DNA. Coming from three generations of Supply Chain and Logistics professionals, I possess a lived experience of the inner workings of these industries and how important they are to our daily lives.
The Chain Reaction story began with the legacy my grandfather built and passed on to my father. My grandfather and father were Supply Chain innovators and problem-solvers – inspirational people who worked hard to make their dreams a reality. They each embarked on careers that have helped transform global Supply Chains across a wide range of industries from the 1980s through to the 2000s.
I owe my passion for the Supply Chain sector to my family heritage and those countless dinner table conversations that sparked my curiosity about the field.
Thanks to their legacy, I recognise that Supply Chain and recruitment success requires a mindset that challenges the status quo, an ability to think creatively and a willingness to operate in the grey areas – where true innovation happens.
Today, with more than 12 years of recruitment and Supply Chain industry experience, I’m dedicated to helping organisations and individuals spark a chain reaction that enables lasting, positive change. I look forward to working with you!
